Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
Orders are normally not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service and other circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the contact details entered during checkout.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, remote locations, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Santosh traders is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible through the customer-support details provided on our website. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for applicable conditions.

8. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, additional delivery arrangements may be subject to the courier's procedures.

9. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible. In such cases, the applicable return process may need to be followed.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to restrict rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable e-commerce rules.
